Joining the ET Points program is a (2) step process. First: complete and submit your order. Once we receive your order we will send you a points membership form via email. It is a pdf of the points membership form. Please follow the directions on the form, complete all the required and information and send it back to us via email.
It is important that you complete and return the points membership form. The information on your tech card, etc comes from the information you provide on the form. Once the form is received a points membership card will be completed and will be ready for pickup at the Credentials Bldg.
